At Stilwell Pianos, we believe finding the perfect piano should be a personal and enjoyable experience. That's why we've transitioned to an appointment-only showroom, allowing us to give every customer the time, attention, and expertise they deserve.
When you book an appointment, you'll have the opportunity to explore our extensive selection of pianos, play as many instruments as you'd like, and work directly with our owner, Michael Stilwell, or, on occasion, our store manager, Nathan Clelland. We're here to answer your questions, help you compare instruments, and guide you toward the piano that's right for you.
What to Expect During Your Visit
Appointments are scheduled in one-hour blocks, but there's no need to rush! You're welcome to stay as long as you'd like during our normal business hours. We want you to feel comfortable taking your time and getting to know our instruments.
While other customers or piano technicians may occasionally be in the showroom during your visit, we'll do our best to provide you with the space and personal attention you deserve.
Have a preference for who you work with? If you'd like to work specifically with Michael or Nathan, please email them directly before booking so we can coordinate your visit.
