"As Is" pianos are pianos we purchase to refurbish and sell on our sales floor & website but we have not worked on them yet. The goal is to offer these instruments at a lower price before we add our labour markup to them. That being said, they do not come with any warranties or guarantees and no piece work will be done. When we need more pianos on the sales floor, we will pull pianos from the "As Is" section and refurbish them before listing them on our site with a higher price that include our labour and warranty. If you would like to purchase an As Is piano, do it quickly as once we pull it to the back to refurbish, the price will go up to reflect the work we do to the piano.
Arizona customers start at $200 for white glove shipping.

All our pianos come with a 5 year parts and labour warranty that can be serviced by any Registered Piano Technician (RPT). It covers anything that breaks/cracks (soundboard, pinblock, etc). The only stipulations are;
1.) No wood burning fireplace in the room the piano is in.
2.) No swamp/e-vap coolers
3.) Must have an RPT out to service the piano within 30 days of delivery
Warranty contract provided with purchase of piano or upon request.
